The “Dark Trend” embraces a modern take on the primitive, reconnecting with the roots of human rituals. It casts a warm, dark ambiance over food ingredients and the dining environment, evoking a sense of both ancient tradition and modern intimacy with food and the act of eating.
This installation blends these elements, offering the experience of roasting small, dark portions over an open modern on table flame.
The tactile black stone collection, transformed into skewers, enhances the primal connection, inviting participants to engage with raw materials in a deeply ritualistic and sensory way.
