“The Ever Fresh”. where the green tranquility and vibrant life of fresh spirulina are showcased. This micro-algae, thriving when freshly harvested from water, is displayed in three textures and shades of green to reflect its natural vitality.
The installation’s design maintains a cool environment, crucial for preserving the spirulina’s freshness and nutrients. Accompanying flavors inspired by tropical vitality evoke tingling sensations and soft textures.
The aim was to create a sensation that rises from the water, linking the final flavors and outcome directly to the source of the material.
