The next step for food – Jerusalem open restaurants festival 2020

This exhibition is based on three innovative food materials developed by Israeli startup companies, all of which promote the concept of forward-looking nutrition. The source of these materials is the plant kingdom, and each one represents a unique breakthrough in the evolving landscape of food.

The culinary installations are driven by a singular purpose: to inspire and facilitate the integration of materials that are crucial for enhancing our diet, preserving our environment, and promoting overall well-being. The designed food experience showcased in the EatTech exhibition provided a unique opportunity to connect with the very essence of newer materials and bridge the gap from raw material to nourishing and tasteful food.
